1 Responsible Data

This lighting text is prepared as data manager for the RoomFollow promotional site and services. The company title, address and contact information will be added to this section before it is published.

The hotel is operated through RoomFollow. The guest data The data manager is the facility itself; RoomFollow is the position of the facility processing the data.

2 Personal data processed

• The identity: Ad is soyad.
• Communication to: Email address, telephone number, city.
• Professional information : The work you work, your task.
• Customer Processing: Demon request, support record, subscription and invoice information.
• Safety of the process: IP address, log records, system-internal processing logs.

3 Processing objectives

• The presentation of the demo, offer and support services you request.
• The implementation of membership and subscription processes, license management.
• fulfilment of obligations arising from the contract and the legislation.
• Information security, prevention of abuse.
• In the event of your explicit consent, communicate with the publication and information.

4 Legal reasons

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5 of the Law on the basis of the following legal grounds:

• The contract is necessary for the conclusion or conclusion of the contract.
• The data controller is responsible for fulfilling its legal obligations.
• The legitimate interest of the person concerned is not to harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
• Open consent for marketing communication.

5 The method of gathering

Data is collected in electronic media through the forms, e-mails, telephone calls and records automatically formed during the use of the software.

Cookieless visit statistics: Visits to the marketing site are counted on our own server without cookies: page viewed, referring site or campaign, device type, browser language and the country estimated from your time zone. IP addresses are not stored; visitors are distinguished by an anonymous digest that changes every day and cannot be linked to any person the next day. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the site (KVKK art. 5/2-f). If “Do Not Track” (DNT/GPC) is enabled in your browser, no measurement takes place.

The analytical cookies: Google Analytics 4 works only with your explicit consent. If you do not agree, the measurement button will not be charged at all. The data processed when you agree are the pages visited, the time of logging, the location and the device information at the country/city level; the data that directly identify your identity, such as name, e-mail, phone, will not be transferred to this means. Legal reasons: Open agreement (KVKK Article 5/1). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Analysis of use (Hotjar): Again, with your only explicit consent, Hotjar works to understand the use of the page. The processed data is located at the country level with the click/scrolling behavior, the visited pages, the screen and device information. Form fields are technically masked; the name, e-mail, telephone and message content is not transmitted to this tool. Data processor: Hotjar Ltd. (Malta), the processing place of the European Union. Legal reasons: Open agreement (KVKK Article 5/1).

Your data may be shared, only for the relevant purpose, with our hosting, email and payment service providers to deliver the service, and with authorized public authorities when legally required. Transfers abroad must meet the conditions in Article 9 of the Law.

7 The time of storage

Data is retained for as long as its processing purpose requires and for the minimum retention periods prescribed by law. At the end of that period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Demo and contact requests are retained for no more than 12 months.

8 Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about that processing; learn its purpose and whether the data is used accordingly; learn which third parties receive it domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request notification of those actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage.

9 The guest data

The hotel is responsible for collecting the guest identity, contact and accommodation information that your hotel enters in RoomFollow according to the law, providing the necessary lighting and obtaining permits. RoomFollow only processes this data according to the instructions of the hotel and does not use it for its own purposes.
