Conditions of use

1 The parties and the scope

These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the RoomFollow Software and the company ("Customer") that uses this website and the RoomFollow ("Provider") that provides the service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2 The definition of service

RoomFollow is a cloud-based hotel management software for accommodation. The service is provided via the internet; to be available, the customer must have an internet connection in the working situation.

3 Accounting and Security

• The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of the account information.
• Opening a separate account is essential for each user; account sharing is not recommended and it disrupts the reliability of the transaction log.
• If you notice an unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
• The provider may suspend the security-threatening accounts temporarily without prior notice.

4.Sign and account

Free trial is not offered. After the subscription price is charged, the Provider makes the installation of the facility; it transmits the room, price and car data. User accounts and permissions definitions are created by the Provider according to the customer's request and the entry information is delivered to the customer. The customer sets out his own password at the first entry and from this moment it is responsible for the security of his account.

5.Removing, Payments and Cancellation

• The subscription fee is charged monthly or annually according to the published price list.
• Prices are determined by US dollars; in Turkey, the bill is arranged by the rate of the day of the processing.
• There is no commitment to the monthly subscription; when cancelled, the service lasts until the end of the current period.
• The current prices published: the monthly plan is $100.99; the annual plan is $1,091.88 per year, with a monthly equivalent of $90.99 in terms of the monthly plan.
• The amount of the remaining period in the annual subscription is refunded.
• The price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and do not affect the validity period.
• In case of delay in payment, the service may be suspended after a reasonable notification period.

6th license

During the subscription period the Client is recognized a right of use that is unprivileged and unexclusive to use the software in his own business. The facility's special license key is used to verify this right.

The sharing of the license key with third parties is prohibited, attempting to access the source code of the software, reverse engineering or the re-selling of the service.

7 Responsibilities of the Customer

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system.
• The Data Responsible in terms of personal data is the Customer; the necessary lighting and permissions are the Customer’s own.
• Legal notification obligations (EGM/KBS, Jandarma, tax legislation, etc.) belong to the Customer; the software facilitates these notifications but does not take responsibility.
• The Service cannot be used for illegal purposes, in a way that would be overloaded to the system or in a way that would violate the rights of others.

8 - Service and maintenance

The provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the service works without interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and is done at the lowest intensity hours possible. The Internet provider is not responsible for the interruptions, the reason for the contract and the customer's hardware problems.

9 Data possession and transfer

The data entering the client into the system is the client's own. the client can exchange their data as Excel, CSV or PDF whenever he wants. When the subscription ends, a reasonable time for the data to be exchanged is recognized; at the end of this period the data is permanently deleted.

10The limit of responsibility

The liability of the Provider is limited to the subscription fee paid by the Customer in the twelve-month period from the date of the incident. The Provider cannot be held liable for indirect claims arising from indirect damages, profit loss and data loss. This limitation does not cover the liability arising from the Provider's intention or serious negligence.

11th Fesih

The parties may terminate the subscription whenever they wish. In case of substantial violation of these conditions, the Provider may terminate the contract after recognizing a reasonable correction period.

12 Changes

Any major changes to these Terms will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.If you do not accept the changes, you are reserve the right to terminate your subscription.

13 The law to be applied

The law of the Republic of Turkey applies to these conditions.The court and the executive departments are competent to resolve disputes.
